PRAYER REQUEST

August 17, 2008 A Crusader's wife, Penney John Talley   A little boy, age seven, needs your prayers.  His name is Jayden Jones.  The call came this morning for me to ask all who believe in prayer to pray.  He is the nephew of Kim and Terry Lemay, with the Hawkins Family.   Jayden was on the tractor yesterday with a family member.  I believe it was with his grandfather.  He fell off the back and was run over by the bush-hog. The accident happened in North AR and he was flown to Children's Hospital at L.R.  He has lost both of his legs. They have got the bleeding stopped.  The doctor's say they are fighting to save his life, but his kidneys and liver are fighting to continue to work.  PLEASE PRAY FOR THIS LITTLE BOY, HIS FAMILY, THE DOCTOR'S AND NURSES, AND HIS GRANDFATHER.   This is the third child we have had on our prayer list since April that has been in a very serious heavy equipment accident.  The first was the little boy from Monroe.   The called came while we were at the AR Quartet Convention in Arkadelphia that Terry Lemay, is the host.  We gathered in the hall and prayed for him.  The last report I got was He went home from the hospital.  He told his mom, she didn't have to cry any more that God told him everything would be o.k.   The second call of an accident of this kind came about two months ago.  It was Drew, a 17 year old football player from Mississippi.  A life of dreams changed forever.  He lost both legs and I haven't got an update just lately.   As I stayed behind today, to take care of my mom, as The Crusader's left out to minister at Faith Baptist Church, Texarkana. I received the call from Terry.  I promised him we would share this prayer request.    So I ask you pray for Jayden, as he struggles to hang on to life.  I also ask you to remember these other two families changed forever because of a tragic accident.  I can not tell you how much it means to me for you to pray for my mom and our family right now.  She is at our home after radiation treatment and is continuing to  taking chemo.  The cancer is wide-spread.    But, he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. " Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ's power may rest on me.  That is why for Christ's sake I delight in weakness, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties for when I am weak, I am strong.  2 Corinthians 12: 19-11

I am trying to start up a typing service from home.  Please keep me in your prayers.  I have asked the Lord to guide me and that this business will be for His glory and that He will bless the labour of my hands to provide for me and my children. February 19, 2008 Eddie Lee J [Oklahoma] Has thoratic and abdominal anurysems very large and inoperable, but may have a shot in houston texas, we need healing as he recieved 5 years ago and guidence as well as strength.

January 17, 2008 Courtney asked me to send a request for prayer today.  Her friend, Lauren, just lost her father last night in a car accident.  Lauren went to high school in Catoosa with Courtney, and unexpectedly lost her mother just a few years ago.  She has really had a rough time, and Courtney asked if we would pray for her today. January 6, 2008 Sarah S: Please pray for my parents.  They need for the Lord to send  them any help He can. They are very deep into both financial and health  troubles.  Please ask the Lord to see their multiple needs, and come to  their rescue in any and every way He can.  Please ask Him to bring help  quickly, and to please bring them back to both financial and physical  stability.  Thanks, and God bless.

January 5, 2008 Willene & Robert not feeling well

January 3, 2008 Pray for my friends grandpa Harry W.  My friend Tiffany informed me that last night at church he had a heart attack or maybe a stroke and they aren't exactly sure yet which one. It happened in the bathroom and he fell face first hitting his head. It was 15 minutes before anyone got to him because they thought he was just using the bathroom and the door was locked. His brain was without oxygen for that long which caused a lot of brain damage. He was rushed to saint francis south, where the family waited, and while they were sitting there they called code blue over the intercom. His heart stopped. They shocked him and got it back but he was really unstable. That hospital didn't have all the equipment needed to help him so then they life flighted him to the other st. francis hospital. His potassium level got too high and he went into cardiac arrest. They were able to stabalize him again but it's not looking good. He's now on life support and they are doing tests on his brain to see how much brain damage there is. Please pray for Harry W. and the family. Thank You. Courtney F

December 26,2007 Dianne: Prayers for best friend's 81 yr. old mother, Patrocino Nano, who had a heart attack and is in the hospital CVU for close monitoring. Prayers for quick recovery/complete healing. December 27 update: Debbie, thank you and God bless you. Just received word last night that she has been moved to a regular room and has been allowed to get up and walk around a bit.  Prayers for continued progress/healing. December 15, 2007 Hi all it has been such a long time and Beth and I need your prayers so much. Life in the military is never easy and it is even harder on your spouse. Beth has gone through so much for me in the military. I am afraid that she and I have lost site of what God has brought together. Please pray for use as we enter another dark valley of life. October 10, 2007 S. P.: I am a cleft-palate person by birth and had undergone several operations for the same. My upper and lower teeth couldnt not bite together while I close my mouth (due to slight growth in my lower jaw). Before 3 ½ months, I had undergone maxilla (upper jaw) operation (presently wearing a plate around my face to bring the maxilla forward) and now the doctors fixed another operation on 12th October 2007. They have decided to do following operations on that day; 1) Nose correction (Rhynoplastry) 2) Removing the plates from my face (upper jaw) 3) Distracting my lower jaw (mandible correction) I am 32 years old, not married, without having a good job (Now more than 3 ½ months I couldnt go to job because of wearing the plate). In this circumstance, I request you to please pray for my operation and future life. Thanking you and assuring you my humble prayer support to your team.

They have applied for assistance but said they make to much money, funny they can't even pay their bills or get food.
